“ Great food. Great People. Convenient location. What more can you ask for? Chef Mark once again provided a stellar recommendation. We had the bayou dip, fried oysters, and Chilean Sea Bass. Food was so so good. Definitely know when a Chef is in the house and not just a cook! Our server, Jasmine, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We met Darin, the owner. He was courteous and sincere. Easy to see that he truly cares about quality food and his customers. Five stars simply isn't enough! ”

“ OMG. Delicious. I had grouper and my husband had red snapper! Crab sauce on the grouper was so good and I am not a sauce person. All the sides were delicious. Grilled veggies, fried street corn and the mashed potatoes.....yummy! Our bartender, Jewels, endd up being our server! She was awesome!! ”

“ FIVE STARS! Sassy Bass did not disappoint. Chef Mark recommended the fried oyster that had just arrived fresh that day (from just 5 minute up the road). They were amazing! We also had crab cakes, blacked fish tacos and a fried seafood platter. Everything was delicious. Tiffany, our waitress, was a doll -very attentive and helped with recommendations. you won’t be disappointed!! We plan to go a second time on our week long stay. ”

“ The food was phenomenal! Everyone in the group is rather stuffed or have left overs! Service was awesome a guy named Thomas was our waiter and he deserves a raise! A group of 15 with most being kids he handled very professionally and we was never without drinks or anything we needed! Most definitely will be back! FYI the jalapeno hush puppies was a home run! ”
“ It's not a fancy place, but our meal experience was wonderful! Jasmine was a personable, kind, efficient waitress and the food was excellent! I got the fried fish platter (25) with fries upgrade to roasted corn (2) and swai upgraded to mahi mahi. Everything was delicious! ”
